Oh my goodness, why.....

......is it all so difficult! Spent possibly fruitless hours trying to sort out our SatNav. Apparently they need updating because of GPS problems/changes. It did cease working when we were in Surrey! It became what I call a 'I'm going to chuck it out of the window' job & I'm still not sure I've done it!!
