Recovery

Just back from an improv workshop. Feeling quite pleased that I felt the fear and did it anyway. Hadn’t done anything like that in about thirty years! Wot!?!

I was a drama kid, I loved it so. I gave it up and turned to painting.

2019 is the year of trying new things, getting out and finding community. As Joe Strummer says “Without people you’re nothing.”
