West pier Brighton 1995

This is a photo by Michael Scates which I first saw and fell in love with in 1995 but could not afford to buy it. It was two years later when I had the money to buy it. It's been on the wall ever since and I still love it. It depicts some punks who were living on the derelict pier having a sand fight in front of it. They were evicted later that week.
