Maple’s moose

We’re back in Seattle tonight so this is the last moose for a month. Maple brings it to us when we come down the stairs in the morning at the cabin. We have to play a bit. Of course. Trying to teach her “ drop it” but so far no luck. You can see it’s required a little duck tape repair but seems to be doing well and is definitely well loved.
Nasty day... managed to go get gas in the morning with no rain but after that ...rain and cold! Add very blustery wind when it was time to head for the ferry... Maple did not want that boat ride. Sat on my lap and trembled. . Smart dog. ( it was bumpy but not that bad). Sun and hail and rainbows and rain on the way home. She was very happy to see her people.... I’m sure she’ll be in all their beds tonight! They had a really good trip to California.
