Only in Alloa

Alloa is a fine place-you have great facilities on the doorstep-everywhere is within walking distance of our temporary home and the there are those superb mountains, however, like everywhere else there seems to be an element of the local population who seems to be persona non grata.
Do they know they're numpties??
