Idyllic?

Travelled to Prestatyn for Word Alive.
We, along with others had been booked to stay offsite in this nice looking chalet lodge place.

We arrived to find the owners have taken our money and run, calling in the liquidators two days ago. What a joke. The place was locked with a pleasant security man left to deal with the swindled customers.

So now we’re on the main site in a chalet, as are our friends.

Just as well the organisers of this 6,000 strong conference had the foresight to keep back some emergency accommodation:)
