Success

Having had two busy but stressful days, today’s sewing day was magic!!!

We were all doing patchwork / quilting and did a bit of a show and tell. The owl wall hanging and play mat are finished, where as the quilt underneath is work in progress. I haven’t shown it in detail as it is a memory quilt and has family photographs in the blocks. These are not mine, but belong to ladies who attend the group.

I worked on the baby quilt shown in Thursday’s blip. I attached the sashing round the edge, made up the quilt sandwich and quilted along the sashing to fix the blocks. I’ve cut the binding ready to attach tomorrow. Now that’s what I call progress!!!

I will Blip it when it is finished.

Amber has had a rest today after her busy day yesterday. The eye drops are working and reducing the discharge.
