I realise that most of my recent blips have been food-related..and here's another one. Today was the annual Christmas lunch for the Friends of Allanton, a thank you for time spent volunteering in the garden or at the Peace Festival. Here are Glenda and Jessica preparing the puddings, and Uma busy doing the washing-up.

Everyone was excited because the new biomass boiler is about to be switched on. So Allanton will soon be warm and cosy as well as warm and welcoming.
