Tiles at an outdoor kitchen

This kind of old stone in concrete wall, while common in Scotland, is highly unusual in Los Altos. It's a rather dilapidated outdoor kitchen, next to a building which has been used as an office although built in the 50s as a house, has been recently refurbished, and is awaiting sale or lease.
