Chippies at work

I've always been curious about the difference between a joiner and a carpenter. I'm sure that's there's a hierarchy amongst woodworkers - perhaps you need to be one, to know your place? Anyhow, these two blokes were happy to allow me to capture them at work today - they reckoned it was good evidence for the boss that they were earning their wages!
