For Nangee

Last year, I took a photo of this tree in winter:

Nangee commented that she would like to see it again in spring, and I promised to take one of it. I failed! However, on this mornings walk, I remembered to take a photo for Nangee...the tree almost in its autumn colours.

This morning we have been at a wonderful forum called “Her Voice”, a public lecture series coordinated by The Weaving House which is based in Wanaka. The quality of the speakers were outstanding, and I wish the hall had been full to hear them. I am amazed at all the talent within this town to organise such a forum of speakers from around New Zealand.
