Porcelain at Horts Bar

Met up with a group upstairs at Horts Bar in central Bristol, which I thoroughly recommend. I found this exquisite piece upstairs in the private room we were in. Wish I knew more about it. The bar staff were not too au fait either when I asked. They were able to tell me that the original Mr Hort was once one of the great and the good of Bristol, i.e. he didn't have anything to do with slavery.
