Any electricians out there?

The delightful Sula chewed through the wire of my bt wi fi disc today and I need a new power plug. I'm not sure what all these numbers mean. I've been looking on Amazon for a replacement but there seems to be a variety of 12 volt options and I'm not sure which I need. Could someone who knows about these things send me a UK link to a new correct power cord and plug for me please?
