Fading parrot tulip

Visited friend this afternoon to view her new summer house. A lovely place to sit on a sunny afternoon with a cup of tea, before heading off to walk her dog!  These beautiful tulips are starting to go over so I was donated one for blip opportunities.  There may be more shots at other stages of decay! it is such vibrant colour!
