Blast from the past
Though I often post photos from airports, I'm certainly not what I'd call a plane spotter. However... Landing at Heathrow this afternoon, I spotted two of BA's four "heritage livery" aircraft which have been repainted to mark the airline's centenary. I glimpsed the "BEA" Airbus A319 parked at T5, and saw this 747 - in the "Negus" paintwork that was used from 1974 to 1980 - taxiing as we pulled onto the stand.
Of course, I felt obliged to give it a bit of an "old photo" look... :)
