Minor hiccup

Trying to camera a drain today and we have a minor setback. The drain has a vent at the road surface and of course the roading contractor has gone and rechiped the road without covering any of the vent filling the drain with chip. It's like anything a little extra time spent of preparation can save a whole lot of work
