Local Hero

Bill Forsyth’s Local Hero is my favourite film. I did wonder how it would translate to the stage but it was wonderful - more concise, role changes and with Mark Knopfler songs.

Impressive minimalist set with props, backdrop & lighting ensuring you were never in any doubt where the characters were supposed to be.

I may well go again.

7:30pm - lights dim, he can’t escape.
