The "Lobstah Lady" at Four Peaks Brewery

A favourite micro brewery in Tempe, Arizona has recently opened a new facility aptly named 'The Four Peaks Taproom' serving only beer and wine.

It is nestled snugly in a nondescript warehouse district in the heart of Tempe, and, as of yet, doesn't have any prominent signage, but they do suggest you should "use either the Force, your spider sense, or just believe in your good ole god-given instincts and trust that the really long building with the green stripe is, in fact, the place that you need to be!" Rather clever at tickling one's curiousity about the newest addition.

Unlike their other location they do not have a kitchen on the premises, however, they have been very clever with an alternative means to feed their clientele.

There is an ever changing assortment of the finest Food Trucks the Phoenix area has to offer, showing up daily to quell hunger pains that often accompany the beer enthusiasts. A food truck calendar on their web site offers a chance to partner your food and beverage choices ahead of time. The Maine Lobster Lady made the trek to Arizona to the delight of many. The lobstah (as they say in New England) was amazing - sweet, succulent morsels of pure seafood delight. The pairing of these tastie treats with a cool glass of Pumpkin Porter is devine!
