Cherry Blossom

I met up with my student today to complete her list of achievements for the community placement. She's been an excellent student and I know she'll be a brilliant Midwife.It was good to catch up. 

I managed to find some lavender plant in B and Q - I'd been looking for a while.

Maureen collected me to go for lunch, she's just started driving and finding her recovering broken leg quite painful, if she dries too far.

I did some weeding today to in preparation for some planting, hopefully tomorrow.

This is my weeping cherry, I love the dark brown branches with the deep pink blooms, looks like there's going to be a lot of cherries this year.
