Thursday

Broken, cracked. 

I was at the doctor this morning. I told him I have been struggling and I have a plan to end it. He changed my prescription to be picked up weekly instead of monthly. 
He said he would email my psychiatrist so he knew all of it before my appointment in 2wks. 

After work I slept for 2hrs. 
I'm still exhausted.
