~sad day~

I have been worried the last couple weeks about Buddy, he hasn't been eating as much as usual, sleeping more and he has had to go out in the middle of the night the last few nights, which he never does. This morning he had an episode where he had a hard time walking so we took hime to the vet. We found out this afternoon that he is really sick and his preliminary lab results suggest that he has some sort of cancer or leukemia. We are all in a bit of shock and are waiting for the final results, but according to the vet, things don't look good. He fell again tonight, so I decided to tell the kids what the vet said, Sam had a really hard time and I don't think Will understands what it really means. I guess we will give him lots of treats and cuddles and wait for the final results and go from there.
