Almost There...

All the gifts that have arrived are now wrapped! The only problem, then, is that I've currently got 2 packages that are a day late and 2 packages whose senders didn't provide me with their tracking numbers at all.

Sigh.

C'mon UPS and FedEx! Don't let me down!

Pretty good day today. Sun came back out. Finally spoke to someone who might actually want to HELP me get my mortgage refinanced (as opposed to the other 4 people/companies I've dealt with in the last 3 years, all of whom said they couldn't or wouldn't help me). Maybe the Making Home Affordable Act really CAN make homes affordable after all! It'll be a Christmas miracle!
