the willow tree behind our house was loud with the sound of bees visiting these flowers. We have a colony of wild bees living in the roof - Michael, who lived here over 50 years ago, said that honey once dripped through the ceiling, but that's never happened to us. The bees live in the roof space and we coexist quite happily :-)
