The Sanctuary

Mr T had to go to Southmead hospital for a follow up for something else from last December this morning.  The car service was also due and so that was dropped off early and then off to the hospital.

There is an area called The Sanctuary, and this sign is outside of it.  

Then off for a swim on the way home.  A bit disappointing that a last minute change to the time table took half the pool, but one of the friendly life guards put in a swimming lane for me, and I mostly had it to myself, so all was not lost!
