My gorgeous girls

Have just spent three lovely days with these two, plus Gustavo and the Gusling. We had really great weather in the Lake District, staying at a friend’s house in Portinscale.

We have discovered Booth’s (fab grocery shop) and George Fisher (fab outdoor shop with excellent coffee/lunches) too! Items may have been purchased in both. :)

The Ards Man and I are now on the ferry home, again with blue skies and a smooth sea. The only blot on the horizon was that my eardrum perforated on Monday. It was sore!! Hope to get a GP appointment tomorrow in case there’s any infection.

Apart from that, all was splendid!
