Daffodil Lament

Thanks to Lizzie for pic of daffodils with the Château in the background. 
Back to physio and more shockwaves. Have to wait some to see if it is going to health. 
The physio's office is near the stadium where I ran/run - bit depressing laying on the couch and seeing the track.

Last night we went to see The Rider, which I think is rather late getting to CH,. A very moving film with interesting origins - sort of fictionalised true story, if that makes sense, with non-professional actors. Would recommend it.


Off to yoga now.
And The Cranberries , still sad to see.
