In the train

Sometimes not sure if my main office is the desk or the train. This week I had an amazing and positive train experience. Two of us, on the way to a meeting boarded the wrong train. A regio express instead of a slow train. Of course we had to wait for the first stop and take the next train back. If things go wrong, then mostly not only one thing. We entered a ticket control with a double surprise:
- no probs at all regarding the ticket needed
- as the time for changing trains was too short, the conducter made a call and organized the train back to wait a moment for us!
