Herrenhausen gardens

Last night there was an evening party at one of Hannover’s main attractions - the former Royal Herrenhausen gardens. It is one of the very few Baroque gardens left in Germany and was formerly owned by the royal house of Hannover which until 1837 was also the British royal family. A very peaceful place.
