2019 Monday — Soup Day

When we are here on California’s Central Coast, Mondays are “Soup Day.” The Farmers Market in the community of Los Osos/Baywood Park happens every Monday.

We purchased two jars of the “chili” (all of Stephanie’s soups are vegan), and then we headed to the grocery store so we could restock our pantry to have what we need for this week of spring break.
