Splodge

I'm trying to get my head round some technical stuff  today (Jupyter notebooks if anyone is remotely interested) and I'm making bread as a relaxant. Here the flour and sponge have just been mixed and I've tipped the dough out to rest before I start working it. I tip it out because I can clean the bowl and get a drop of oil in it ready for letting the dough prove.
