Today we heard a genuine Australian didgeridoo, decorated at the loud end with shell and stone inlay and a bit battered - we were told it was 240 years old.
The player (whose name we did not catch) was from the Netherlands but over his eighty-odd years had travelled all over the world and was still going.
Amazing what you see on the streets of Peebles on a Tuesday lunchtime!
Thank you for all the good wishes for my celebratory blip, they are much appreciated.
