Inside Looking Out

We had to wait in today for a carpenter who will be doing some repairs to the decking for us and this was by far the best place to be.  The joys of a conservatory when the sun is shining outside, but there's a chilly bite to the wind!  

After a busy morning, indoors for me and outdoors for TJ, we both spent some time reading in here.  Actually, I listened to an audio book - a free version of Pride and Prejudice read beautifully by Kate Beckinsale.  I'd still be there now if the battery hadn't run out on the iPad:-)  

Mixed news from the hospital today - another up and down day for MiL.
