The Tuesday "Run"

Today the Tuesday walkers stood on the limestone pavement to admire White Scar at the bottom, of Whitbarrow,  ascended about 200m onto the top, missed a path and ended up doing about 7km instead of 5km. They were impressed I had ditched the crutch.
