take the brown and orange pill

I'm on antibiotics that are really awkward as they have to be taken on an empty stomach - not easy for me as I like to graze throughout the day!!

I'm also wondering if I'm having a reaction to them as I have a red hot face but it's not listed as a side effect. hmmm.
