Mono Monday - Noise

This is how I've felt most of last week, my head has been so full of cold with sounds and noises being heavily distorted. 

Then there has been the coughing, between Claire and myself I don't think a minute passes without one of us coughing. They are the lung rattling kind too, we both sound like we smoke 50 a day.

I have been feeling a lot better the past few days even though I don't sound like it and dare I say it Claire seems to be coming out the other side now as well.
