JUVENILE PIED SHAG (Phalacrocorax Varius )
The shag swims underwater for its food but can only last a short time under water otherwise it would become water logged and would not be able to fly. Hence they are seen drying their wings after feeding. Feeding time in the water is about 20 minutes.
