Clean up on aisle 2

As has been pointed out to me, it certainly HAS been a long weekend! (Over a year and a half.)

No excuses. Nice to see things appear to have settled down around here, and a spangly new community interest company to boot. Most excellent. 

The months have seen us transported a thousand miles South to rural France. Cider country. 

I'm afraid the huge skies and storm-tossed seas are gone. Only one thing remains constant. Well, seven of them really, but who's counting. Our chats errants have made the journey with us and one local lass to add to the mayhem. 

Raj's legs appear to have failed him. It's already warmer than it was in Orkney and they seem to be dropping like nine pins. At times it's all they can manage to drag themselves into the shade.

It's nice to be back. Thanks for the encouragement (if THAT'S what you call it!) :-)
