Fresh air

Feeling off today. Didn’t go into the studio as planned, but still managed to do some important art related work that I am excited about. Made bean burgers from scratch, napped on the sofa and took a restorative moment on the beach. Sun, sea, and wind as well as the daffodils lifted my spirits.
