Seen him standing by where Edinburgh's new folly is currently on display.

I'm not sure if he was talking about the poor pedestrians attempting to jaywalk on George street or not as they are seriously taking their lives in hand when they step out onto the road.

however it seems that the last person to spout off from that spot didn't meet with the approval of their deity, if the scorched footprints are anything to go by!

Also, given the new law passed regarding taking photos of police I'm lucky to not be huckled off to the nearest terrorist detention centre for this shot...
