I spent the day at home today, catching up on housework and getting things done in the kitchen, so I couldn't come up with anything interesting to blip.  So here is a photo of the new toaster oven that I talked about yesterday.  So far it's working well, although I still have to work out the best way to get toast done.  And since the controls are now digital, that makes it a bit tricky.  But even though I am a technophobe, I believe the oven and I can work together.
