Looking Out

Through the front-door window; stormy weather outside and passing traffic.
Started off the flat cleaning/tidying today but my heart wasn't really in it, so took myself off to the Palm and Farmers' markets instead and enjoyed a walk in the sun (and a red bratwurst, Yum!). Most of the shops were open as well but I wasn't tempted by their 'bargains'. Strange how nothing is ever open on a Sunday or holiday here but it's a different story when a market-day brings the crowds in. I guess commercialism trumps tradition.
Gave the bike a hurl around the carpark too to check out that slipping saddle - seems OK for now but time (and a potholed cycle path or two) will tell!
