Polish Philosophy

This cello player was providing music for the Polish play "Helver's Night", by Ingmar Villqist.  The production of the play was impressive and very professional, but the play itself was definitely not a feel good experience. The producer set the scene in the program...
Two people live in a dark claustrophobic room, engaged in a daily struggle to survive...
...and things didn't get any better as the play progressed!
Afterwards we went off to a local restaurant to have a bite to eat and talk about the play. It almost felt like we needed to debrief after a traumatic experience. The weather didn't give us a break either as a sleety mixture of rain and snow blew out of a grey dark sky!
