Black Isle Dairy

Another dull day with grey skies all day. We needed some Milk and I remembered that the Black Isle now have a milk vending machine where you can fill up a glass bottle so off we went to explore. It's £2 for the bottle and then £1 for the fresh milk. You pop the bottle under a pipe , pop £1 in the slot and press and out come the milk.It was busy with a queue in front and people waiting behind us.We also bought some ice cream -pistachio, Caramelised pear and honeycomb.These beautiful calves were in a shed nearby and very friendly so I assume hand fed.
A nice ride back with lots of newly born lambs to spot on the way.
