It's Bracing in Llandudno!

Forget Skegness - it can't often have been more bracing there than it was on the front in Llandudno early last Thursday morning!  And I won't even mention how cold it was going up to the top of the Great Orme on open-sided trams!  Mr Sk and I weren't sure we were going to survive!

Anyway, it gradually warmed up a bit and we had a fun few days away in north Wales staying in a lovely National Trust hotel - Bodysgallen Hall.  The sun came out later for a short while on our first day so I wandered around the hotel's beautiful gardens in the afternoon, full of delightful little corners and views.  My extra is of the rare 17th century parterre of box hedges filled with sweet scented herbs.
