He's so lovely. And I needed something to chill me out.

No downstairs lighting since Saturday. Just as well I have a few lamps.

Elec Engineer came round today but can't find problem, so booked another appointment - 28th December. Yes the 28th ! For two engineers.

Half an hour later I find the problem , leeking bathroom radiator.

Call plumbing engineer. Comes out, looks at it, confirms its definitely leeking. Book an appointment to replace radiator. For......

...... 16th January 2012! Apparently they can't order anything now as suppliers close for two weeks because of Xmas. Funny that cos within 10 minutes have found exactly same radiator in stock, and next day delivery.

Call, that we'll known British company again who, i might say are costing me a fortune. After 26 minutes on the phone still say a non emergency appointment can't be booked until 16 th January! And they still can't guarantee i'll have the radiator by then.

If its anything like the last time, I took a day off to wait for a delivery that never came. Then when it did it was the wrong one had to send engineer away, and I had to take another day off for delivery and fitting.
They use a well known plumbing supplier who are just round the corner ! I could pick it up! Oh no I can't do that.

Oh but when they suggest I need a new heating system. Guess when the rep can come for quote? You guessed it. I could have an appointment this week!

I feel a complaint coming on.....

Sorry if anyone reading this works for them, you must be at least as frustrated as me!
