PERMANENT? I HOPE NOT.

I had lunch with a friend in Middlesbrough where there are lots of interesting Victorian buildings, many of which have stood the test of time, and some really grim examples of 1960s civic architecture, most of which haven't. The Victoriana deserves to be blipped on a sunny day, but this part of the street suited today's flat grey light.
