The glamour of a day at the races...

... was beginning to wear off, for these ladies returning from the Grand National meeting at Aintree this evening. 

They were sitting in the less than comfortable waiting room of Ormskirk Station, where a rather large queue were waiting to visit the single lavatory (that was one wc cubicle for women and men to share, presumably because the station is normally not busy).
