Joy

Today has been a joy. Started with a big group of friends doing a parkrun for a friend’s birthday (at which I got a personal best, yay), then a lovely breakfast with said friends (Mediterranean set for me thank you very much) and this afternoon, a concert by Kate Rusby which I’ve been looking forward to for AGES!! Now for wine and food with my husband.
