Keep meaning to blip a Snake's head Fritillary as they'll be going over soon. The sun was shining this morning so got some lovely bokeh.  

After our walk this morning we went to see my friend with the two Boxer dogs.  We don't see them as often as we used to so Misty was very excited to see them.  They are such lovely dogs but plagued by health issues at the moment.  Poor things.  On the way home the tide was right in so Misty got her first swim of the season, see extras.
