Christmas prep

I have been tasked with making Chestnut stuffing for Christmas day as we are eating at my brothers so I thought I had better have a trail to make sure its as good as least years.

Here is version 1 which is made with vac packed chestnuts as I cant get fresh in Tesco's (out local store get caught out by surprise events like Christmas, Easter, summer etc). It also has a little sausage meat, onions, white breadcrumbs and dried cranberries.

It was Ok but I can do better so tomorrow its version 2 :)
